• keyfinder A small executable that allows you to recover any Windows or Office reg key.
• msconfig The start-up editor they left out of W2K for some reason.
• openSSH An excellent SSH/SCP client for Windows (2.3M).
• nnCron Lite Very nice cron program for Windows.
• WinHip Steg tool – nuff said.
• cURL Similar to wGet with more options.
• wGet The venerable wGet – ported for Windows.
• TrayIt Excellent little program for sending any application to the system tray.
• KeePass The free, open-source, light-weight, and easy-to-use password manager using AES and Twofish encryption.
• Win2VNC This program will let you use two screens on two different computers as if they were connected to the same computer. It even works between different operating systems. More info and homepage here.
• restoration Restoration is an easy to use and straight forward tool to undelete files that were removed from the recycle bin or directly deleted from within Windows, and we were also able to recover photos from a Flash card that had been formatted. No installation needed – self-executable.
